Knock Off (1998)

KNOCK OFF is one. Forget that the director is Hong Kong heavy
Tsui Hark. Forget that he's actually filmed this one in HK.
Jean-Claude Van Damme's latest is as awful an action film as
you're likely to see this year. At least the first 45 minutes
or so are amusing in the way that only really, really bad movies
can be. How *will* I ever erase the image of Rob Schneider
flogging Kickboxer Boy with an eel, whilst the pair competes in
a rickshaw race? Move that beautiful ass. With Paul Sorvino,
slumming. (Rated "R"/103 min.)
