THE RUGRATS MOVIE is cute for about an hour. The television car- toon-based feature-film has Some surprisingly sophisticated humor that caught me by surprise, as did an early musical number that culminates in synchronized urine streams of all things! With the voices of E.G. Daily, Christine Cavanaugh, Kath Soucie, and Cheryl Chase, along with appearances by Tim Curry, Busta Rhymes, Whoopi Goldberg, and David Spade. (Rated "G"/80 min.)
