03/08/09 64 W - + 10 - 11 54 East Fire Department?

Does anyone know the history of the 54 East Fire Department in Swepsonville? They're listed in NCSFA rosters from 1983 to 1985. Fifty-Four East Fire District is listed in the DOI directory of 1982. There's no corporation listing on the Secretary of State site, however. Perhaps it was a district name for another Alamance County FD? More about former FDs.

Swepsonville FD Now Operates That station..They just built a new station Besides the former 54 East FD

It was Station #10 as Swepsonville’s sub-station. I don’t know if that is still true w/ the new station being built.

That is correct it is still 10 with the new station..This station Has three bays Pumper,Tanker Medic truck, Brush truck.
