One-time locations, to date: Gastonia, Greenville, Hamlet, High Point, Lumberton, Pinehurst, Statesville, Wrightsville Beach.

Longest conventions: 1920 in Fayetteville, six days! Then 1929 in Hendersonville, 1967 Asheville, 1974 in Wilmington, five days each. Shortest conventions: 1888 in Greensboro (debut), 1893 in Wilmington, 1917 in Wrightsville Beach, one day each.1
