Is that a 1 1/8” tip? I hope that wasn’t being used on a 2” line! If so, talk about an ineffective stream pattern. Been there, done that. And it doesn’t work!

Mo’ville runs three cross lays. The 2 1/2 has a 1 1/4 tip on it. One of the 1 3/4 cross lay lines has a 7/8 tip and the other 1 3/4 cross lay has a fog nozzle.

We run the same at Apex- 7/8” smooth bore and a fog on our two 1 3/4” cross lays.
