I would say no on St 1…looks like the RBC high rise in the background, so it must of been outside of the downtown area. Not sure where though, perhaps near NCSU?

The picture was taken from this parking deck in Cameron Village. What gave it away for me was the First Citizens bank to the right in the picture. I just looked up the locations in Raleigh and found that one located on Park Ave. then used Bing to discover the location of the photo. FYI-Google just released updated satellite imagery on Google Maps which were taken sometime between May-July of 2010.
