10/03/10 39 W, 2 I - + 4 - 3 Rural Hall Radio Card

As found for sale on eBay, here's an interesting artifact out of Forsyth County. Called a radio card, and made for or perhaps distributed by the Rural Hall Fire Department. Click to slightly enlarge:

nice old photo of Apparatus from the rural hall fire department. visited their official website. they are in the process of restoring or have restored that plymouth fire truck that is pictured on the left. it is a 1941 plymouth truck.

Actually, the 1941 Plymouth truck that is restored is not the one pictured; it is actually a pickup-sized truck, the first Department apparatus that was in Rural Hall, according to the Chief. It’s currently housed in the small bay at the front of the station. I’ll have to bring this information up to the Chief and some of the older members, they might be interested in bidding on it; could you post up the link to the eBay auction? Also, if you’d like some pictures of the ’41 Plymouth, I’d be more than happy to email some. (I am currently a county Paramedic posted at Station 23.)
