11/24/10 84 W - + 0 - 4 Wake Forest Fire Board Names New Fire Chief For 2011

The Wake Forest Gazette reported on November 10 that the Wake Forest Fire Department Board of Directors has named a Deputy Chief Ron Early as the new Fire Chief, effective September 1, 2011. Early is presently Deputy Chief for Administration. Current Fire Chief Freddy Lynn will become a senior chief of special projects.
