Here comes that stimulus money! FireNews surfaces this
News & Record report that the Piedmont Triad International Airport said Tuesday that the federal stimulus package will pay for a new $4 million fire station. The facility is planned for the north end of the runway, near the FedEx Express hub that's opening later this year. The station will be big enough to hold five trucks.
