From a reader, here's a neat photo of a 1972 American LaFrance 1000 Series pumper and a 1972 Detroit Edison U30C locomotion. The fire engine formerly served Forest Hill, TX, and is privately owned by a collector. The train engine, located in Grandview, MO, was cosmetically restored earlier this year.
