As a point of reference, in a four hour period we received as many calls as we do in an average 24 hour day. At the peak we were entering a call into CAD every 11 – 12 seconds. Both our primary and backup centers were online simultaneouosly for about two hours during the peak, and we were also receiving all calls for the Holly Springs PSAP.
