Note that it EXCLUDES early fire companies in Raleigh and commercial or institutional fire brigades (State College, St. Augustine's School, some of the railroads, Harris Plant, etc.). There are also a couple forestry agencies not listed (NC Div of Forest Resources, Umstead State Park, Falls State Park).
