Bahama's new engines, a pair of 2006 Ferrara's as photographed by Lee. Fairly rare apparatus brand in these parts, and with Roto-Rays no less!

What’s with the diamond plate air dam on the roof?

protection of the light towers it looks like

Lee’s photo site has larger versions. Those are pumper-tankers and thus probably benefit from protection against low-hanging branches that might otherwise tear up the roof A/C and light-tower. Plus, it looks cool!

Corinth-Holders Fire dept(Johnston County) has a 2004 and Archers Lodge also has a brand new pumper-tanker. Those are some sweet engines. The one that Corinth-Holders has is 6 man cab, waterous 1250 single stage pump, roll up comp doors. And is great to drive handles good. Firenews.net has pictures of it under app delivered.
